A $25 electric-use per week is included in the rent.
Addditional usage needs to be paid at time of check-out.

Additional Fees
$ 150 End-cleaning
$ 300 Security-deposit
Security-deposit and Endcleaning is due at check-in time.
Security-deposit will be fully reimburset if no damages.

Booking and Confirmation
The reservation for your Vacation-home has to be done in writing. The contract will be effective and binding with the confirmation letter/contract signed and sent back to us with the deposit.

Terms of payment
25% of the rent is due with the signed contract.
The rest amount of the rent is due 30 days before arrival.
We accept Traveler checks, USA checks, money-transfer, cash.

Cancellations
Only written cancellation will be accepted.
Cancellation-fees:
Up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rent.
44 - 30 days before arrival 30% of the rent.
29 - 22 days before arrival 60% of the rent.
21 days and less before arrival 80% of the rent.
IMPORTANT: The day we receive the cancellation is relevant.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BUY TRAVEL-INSURANCE!!

During Christmas- and Easterholidays minimum stay 2 weeks.
Beyond the holidays minimum stay 1 week.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Smoking is only permited outside.
• Sorry, no pets!
